QToolTip: Be able to specify a preferred width for tooltips

    Description

      Currently tooltips are sized to be at least the ideal width of the QTextDocument that it is using or to be QFontMetrics(font).width('x') * 80. Since the QTextDocument for the tooltip is not accessible it would be good if there was a way to specify the width that is preferred.
