missing plugins.qmltypes file for QtQml.Model 2.1

    Description

      QtQml/Models.2/plugins.qmltypes does not exist, and should be added to correctly use that in creator.

      qmlplugindumper dumps an empty file for this module (maybe because QtQuick 2.4 also contains it, but with a different export), but that is a separate issue.
