ANGLE does not more support Intel GMA 3150

    Description

      After updating Qt and QtCreator to 5.4.0 and 3.3.0 in QtCreator I saw that "Welcome" page is blank (white) and QtCreator crashes. When I hack a little and saw that with launching QtCreator with '-noload Welcome -noload QmlDesigner -noload QmlProfiler' he did not crash, and switch default video card for QtCreator from Intel GMA 3150 to NVIDIA ION all become ok.
