QML Camera in iOS does not support zoom

    Description

      camera.maximumOpticalZoom and camera.maximumDigitalZoom
      report value 1.

      The built in camera application in iPhone 4S does allow zooming, so I assume maximumDigitalZoom should be > 1

      With the same code the zoom does work in Android.

      Update with 5.5 RC:

      With iPad Mini2 retina the maximumDigitalZoom is 60.75.
      Viewfinder now can be zoomed, but the maximum value is at least 10 times too high (estimate).
      With iPhone 4S it is still 1.0

      Both devices running iOS 8.3
