libGLESv2 doesn't compile with MSVC2008 after upgrade to ANGLE 2.1

      As suggested on the dev-mailing list (http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/development/2014-December/019530.html)

      Since Qt 5.4 ANGLE has been upgraded to version 2.1.
      The heavy usage of the 'auto' keyword and 'std::unordered_map' results in compiler errors with msvc2008 compiler.
