System sound reset to 100% after YouTube loads a new video

      Description

      In a WebKit browser, the system sound is reset to 100% whenever YouTube loads a new video on a webpage. If an ad runs before the selected video, system sound is set to 100% when the ad loads and again when the actual video loads.
