Handle signals in QCoreApplication

    Description

      Currently QCoreApplication doesn't seem to do any signal handling by default.
      Every application inheriting QCoreApplication has to implement the whole signal handling on its own, while signal handling is something which would probably fit nicely into QCoreApplication and would spare a lot of downstream implementation efforts and possible bugs.
