OS X AppDataLocation is not correctly set with prefix

    Description

      In OS X AppDataLocation and AppLocalDataLocation is expected to be same but not are. Correct prefix is missing from AppDataLocation.

      AppLocalDataLocation path is :
      "/users/xxx/Library/Application Support/app"

      But AppDataLocation is:
      "/Library/Application Support/app"
