Be able to make the collection file read only

Be able to make the collection file that is created by QtHelp's module for use with Qt Assistant read only, this is handy if you have a copy checked in a SCC system and you don't want the original modified.

This is also important when it comes to being placed in a read-only user area on Vista, attempts to modify it will end up failing.
