Opening a Virtual Keyboard can cover text fields on Windows Phone

Opening a Virtual Keyboard by clicking on a text input field should shift its content up in order not to cover it. The current behavior makes it impossible to see what the user is typing unless the text field is already at the top of the screen. Both Android and iOS ports seem to do this correctly so there should already be sufficient hooks in place in order to implement this behavior for Windows Phone. (see qiosinputcontext.mm for instance, though the implementation seems completely platform specific).
