[REG 4.8->5.4] Windows: QGLWidget::renderText() does not draw anything when using Remote Desktop connection

      calling renderText() works correctly in application, but when application is launched via Remote Desktop, renderText() draws nothing.
      Attached is an example to reproduce the issue.
