Some controls are rendered incorrectly on OS X with Qt::WA_MacSmallSize attribute

If Qt::WA_MacSmallSize is set, some controls look wrong, not like without this attribute:
1) editable QComboBox doesn't have a vertical line at the left of the arrow area, arrow is not centered;
2) top of the tab bar in QTabWidget is cropped
