Can't run application from QtCreator to Windows Phone 8.1

if i run command winrtrunner --device 0 --start --stop --install --wait 0 D:/Work/Qt/build-Karelia-Qt_5_4_0_for_Windows_Phone_arm_MSVC2013_32bit-Release/release/Karelia.exe from console, run is complete successfully.
