EGLFS drag and drop cursors are missing

    Description

      cursor-atlas.png is missing cursors for some drag and drop operations.

      To reproduce take the drag and drop Qt example and on desktop when it can be dropped it has a cursor, while on eglfs it does not.

      Adding extra cursors solves the problem, please check the attached screenshot.
