Randomic initialization issue blocking at frame 0

As the title says, after some changes happened in the last 2 weeks (was working fine before) any example is affected by a randomic initialization issue.
Most of the times, launching an example shows an empty window.
The attached apitrace shows the application blocks at frame 0.

Launching the example over and over again, sometimes makes it to work.

Experienced on Linux 64bit. Either on an Intel and on a high end NVidia card.
