    Description

      https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/102928/ is integrated, so assuming it ships with 5.5, maybe in 5.6 we can simplify ScrollView a little. AFAICT WheelArea is a workaround for the bad behavior of Flickable on OS X, but now Flickable should be behaving similarly. And we can continue to tweak the behavior to make it even better.
