[Linux] With Window Maker miniaturised applications aren't displaying any window title

    Description

      With Window Maker miniaturised applications should show window title in the top bar of icon but only empty black bar is displayed without any text. (See the screenshots)
      Maximised applications are showing the window title fine.

      The issue can be reproduced with any Qt application but attached is a test application for convenience.
