QML PositionSource does not emit updateTimeout() signal

      The updateTimeout() signal is provided by QGeoPositionInfoSource but the matching QML type does not forward it. This makes it impossible for QML apps to react to request based timeouts. This is especially bothersome since updateTimeout() does not imply an error() signal (which could have been received by QML).
