QDockWidget determine order docked widgets are tabbed

    Description

      Being able to determine the order in which docked widgets are tabbed. At the moment, dragging a docked window over another docked window tabs it to the left of the existing tabs. It seems more intuitive to me to grow from left to right, since the tabs start at the left, and the new docked widget is being appended onto the end of these.
