iOS: Showing the keyboard should cover any statusbar and push up the content area but keep the toolbar

iOS: Showing the keyboard should cover any statusbar and push up the content area but keep the toolbar. If you compare how it works to Safari then you can see the toolbar area stays available but the content is pushed up. It would be good if this would happen automatically where possible.
