Test case:
Given the testcase.pro shown below
running
make "CONFIG+=test1"
will lead to the printing of
test1 test matched
however running
make "CONFIG+=test2"
will NOT lead to the printing of
test2 test matched

Ideally qmake would warn for incorrect useage of scopes.
