The list of place catergories for the Here plugin doesn't match server content

The currently supported list of categories on the server can be found under:

http://places.api.here.com/places/static/doc/public/#topics/resource-place-categories.html

The categories are currently hardcoded in the plugin. At the very least it should be updated. An even better approach is to retrieve the list at runtime.
