Description
There is no way to determine inside of QAbstractItemModel::canDropMimeData does it called from QAbstractItemView::dragEnterEvent or from QAbstractItemView::dragMoveEvent.
So returning 'false' from canDropMimeData to dragEnterEvent prevents QAbstractItemView from entering into DraggingState.
So there is no way to use canDropMimeData to determine is drop possible for specific index.
