    Description

      As a following of https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/108199/

      In doc, we prefer the shared or global menubar on OS X:
      http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qmenubar.html#qmenubar-on-os-x

      Then I found the QAction in that menubar were not triggered...

      Code is modified from the main.cpp in the description of QTBUG-38256.
