QTreeWidget drag and drop doesn't work anymore

      On my project, QTreeWidget drag and drop doesn't work anymore with 5.4.1 on Windows and Mac.
      It works fine with 5.4.0.
      (Note that I can't confirm the issue is not something weird with my project)
