xcb: XI2: menus and combobox popups work badly on touchscreens

    Description

      All these scenarios should work both ways, whether you press, then drag your finger to select something, then release; or, tap to open the set of selections, then tap the actual selection:

      • combobox
      • main menu bar
      • pie menu
      • context menu triggered by a long press
