Android: toolbar overlaps the menu button

      See screenshot. If there are too many items on the toolbar, you can't tap the menu button becuase it's apparently underneath the toolbar items.

      Maybe the toolbar should be flickable to accommodate all the items, and should not fill the space where the menu button goes.
