Quick ListView within ScrollView not aligned properly when BottomToTop is used

      When constructing ListView with verticalLayoutDirection: ListView.BottomToTop ListView is placed to bottom. When new item is added, ListView is aligned to top. When resizing the window, ListView moves back to bottom.
