Add QML API for camera capabilities

    Description

      Not all camera parameters have a QML API to check for supported values.

      Missing:

      • supported image capture resolutions
      • all video recorder parameters
      • all exposure parameters
      • focus parameters have a isSupported() API but it would be better to have a function that returns a list of supported values. (Deprecate isSupported() functions?)
      • supported flash modes
      • all image processing parameters
