    Description

      In QTBUG-2027 was broked combination: Qt::Dialog | Qt::CustomizeWindowHint | Qt::MSWindowsFixedSizeDialogHint. In this case we have: WS_POPUPWINDOW | WS_DLGFRAME, that result in window with header, though Qt::CustomizeWindowHint guarantees the absence.
