[Windows Embedded Standard]: When a QML based window is shown as fullscreen initially then it will not actually be rendered

      [Windows Embedded Standard]: When a QML based window is shown as fullscreen initially then it will not actually be rendered. It will act as if it is there as mouse clicks will work fine in the relevant places. But it does not show up.

      This is specific to when using OpenGL Desktop and also works fine with widget based applications so also appears to be QML specific.
