Compile Qt With opengl dynamic in windows

      Description

      I Compile Qt 5.4 in windows with mingw-w64:

      configure -static -release -platform win32-g++ -opensource -confirm-license -opengl dynamic -nomake examples -nomake tests

      I want use Opengl and Angle to support all windows for my project QML
