When a file with non latin1 characters such as é is used in the filename for a file in a resource file then it will fail to build when being built as a shadow build

      When a file with non latin1 characters such as é is used in the filename for a file in a resource file then it will fail to build when being built as a shadow build.

      The easiest way to reproduce this is via Qt Creator since it has the means set up, open the attached example and try to build it as a shadow build. It will fail because it hasn't encoded the file name correctly in the Makefile for the accented file inside the resource.
