Installer: "Not enough memory" error while installing 5.5 Mingw toolchain

    Description

      Happened when trying to install 5.5 mingw offline installer + unified Qt online installer in an elevated installation:

Error while extracting 'installer://qt.tools.win32_mingw492/4.9.2-0i686-4.9.2-release-posix-dwarf-rt_v3-rev2.7z': not enough memory

      Retrying works, but finally the installer crashes.
