Android Deployment errors in Ubuntu 14.04, 15.04 and Mac OS X Yosemite

When deploying to an Android device there are a number of Java Exceptions. The application deploys, but the visual appearance is wrong. I created the default Qt Quick Application, it shows the text for the three buttons on the device, and I can click them, but the button chrome/visuals are missing - I can only see the text. I tried this on two versions of Ubuntu and Mac OS X Yosemite. I tried both the Community Edition and the Evaluation Edition. Please see the attached file for the Compile Output followed by the Application Output. I have Xamarin and Android Studio on the same machines, using the same Ndk/Sdk/Jdk, and they deploy and look fine. This error is specific to Qt.
