[REG] [CRASH] Windows: dockwidgets example crashes on startup when using OpenGL 1 graphics system with QWindowsXPStyle and non-classic theme

      On Windows, the dockwidgets example crashes on startup when using the OpenGL 1 graphics system, when the QWindowsXPStyle is used and Windows is using the Windows XP or Windows Vista themes.

      This seems to occur with any Qt application that uses dock widgets. The crash does not occur when using the Windows Classic theme.

      Reproduced on Windows Vista with Qt 4.6 branch (SHA-1: f6dee67827e72a0660f37998dafb18c6ccd9834e):

      dockwidgets.exe -graphicssystem opengl1

      This is a regression from Qt 4.5.
