QML Audio: seek() plays file if current playbackState == PausedState

      Audio element plays file after calling seek() and playbackState is paused.

      Please see attached main.qml file.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Play
      2. Pause before playback ends
      3. Seek
      4. At this point it is possible to hear the file playing but neither the playback state nor the position properties are updated.

      Seems related with https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-38068.
