Provide or document a way to disable Bearermanagement programmatically

      An application that knows it never needs or wants bearer management should have a way to opt-out of the associated source of complexity selectively.

      Removing the bearer plugins right now is a safe way to achieve that, but that's typically not possible for applications using "system Qt".
