WP8: Qt Quick camera doesn't work

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Build or install Qt 5.4.1 or 5.5
      2. Open declarative-camera example
      3. run this example on test device

      Expected result: user hsould see camera view finder and be able to capture photos/record videos
      Actual result: the screen behind controls is black. Clicking on buttons lead to application crash

      I tried to add
      WINRT_MANIFEST.capabilities_device += webcam
      to the project but this doesn't help
