QNetworkReply::readAll slow for windows shares

      Downloading a 16 MiB file over a 100 Mbit/s connection,
      in a slot connected to the finished signal:
      reply.readAll() takes around 9 seconds whereas reply.read(reply.bytesAvailable()) takes about 1.5 seconds which is reasonable.
