Confusing configure documentation

      In documentation about configuring, there is confusing sentence:

      Configure is located in qtbase but is also available from the main Qt source directory.

      Usually user probably should run configure that is in Qt source directory, not the one under qtbase. Using the one under qtbase would cause other modules to not be built at all.
