setFormat on QOpenGLWidget cause crashes

    • OS X 10.10.3 Xcode 6.3.1 Macbook pro retina 15 inch mid 2014

      I'm using mb pro retina 15 mid 2014 and Qt 5.4.1 in OS X. My gnu supports OpenGL 4.1 but Qt can utilize only 2.1. I had checked OpenGL version with OpenGL Extensions Viewer. Please check attached sources, stack traces and screenshot.
