WinRT packages include dead links

      Currently we seem to have for each Qt version a start menu link for
      Assistant
      Linguist
      Designer

      Those are not required / dead links for WinRT related packages.

      Lastly it also has d3dshader compiler service as link, which we do not ship anymore since 5.4.0

      All of those can/should be removed until the final packages are ready.
