AnimatedImage should handle non-animated images

    Description

      This is more of a convenience at this point... but there's no workaround due to QTBUG-46126 (unless I abandon ScrollView, which is not an option).

      Currently when I try to use AnimatedImage instead of Image qml objects for types such as .svg, I get this error:

      QML AnimatedImage: Error Reading Animated Image File file.svg

      It would be great if the QML object detects that it's a static image, and treats it as a regular Image type to simplify coding.
