Support rendering to QPaintDevice in QtWebEngine

    Description

      Our application requires rendering HTML/SVG to printer, PDF, and raster images. QtWebKit is able to render frame/page to any QPaintDevice.

      QtWebEngine, however, doesn't support any of these. This should stop QtWebKit from being deprecated.
