glEnumToString reports wrong string for some enums

      There are some duplicate enums, which results in wrong string resolved by glEnumToString. For example, many enums have zero value:
      NO_ERROR, NONE, ZERO, POINTS.
      All those resolve to "NO_ERROR" string.
