Bluetooth low energy force cache refresh feature would be usefull

If a ble peripheral device changes it's services between two connections,
the ble stack uses the cached data and on service discovery returns the old services.
It could be usefull to be able to force a fresh rescan and clear the cache.
I'm positive that in both ios and android native this can be done.
