When qmake generates the .xcodeproj, it enables the in-app purchasing capability even though I haven't added the purchasing module to the project; this will cause Xcode to complain if the provisioning profile does not have the in-app purchasing capability and will add it to it when you tell it to fix the issue which might be undesirable.
