QSystemTrayIcon crash when hiding and mouse down

If you try the following code, when the icon appears in the menu bar, just click and hold the mouse button down. After the icon has disappeared, it will crash at some point.
Those steps are the easiest way to reproduce the problem. But basically that means that if you click at the wrong moment (i.e. just before you remove the icon) it crashes.
