[Reg 5.4->5.5] Widgets sometimes stop reacting to mouse clicks

      Noticed when working with Qt Creator based on Qt 5.5:

      Sometimes a widget (e.g. code editor) stops reacting to mouse clicks. When that happens, one has to click on a different widget (e.g. open documents view) and afterwards it is possible to click into the former one again.
